Khau Vai Love Market
his special event is held annually, from the late evening of the third Lunar month's 26th day and lasts until the end of next day in Khau Vai Commune, Meo Vac District in the northern most province of Vietnam, Ha Giang.

Meo Vac market 
The Meo Vac Market in Ha Giang like as cattle market. It held  Sunday each week in Ha Giang province, is unique in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam. Those selling cattle have to wake up the earliest, usually around midnight, to walk their cows to market.
During the last about 20 years, whilst other Vietnamese provinces and cities experienced economic development, Ha Giang was the place which seems to have stood still in time. People wears the most beautiful dresses; packing everything behind their back, taking to the market from chickens to pigs, from dresses, scarves to sharpened knives, bundle of freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Vietnamese travellers is gradually increasing, and in addition some foreign travellers are coming here.The baskets have been filled with the essential goods, baggage horses are fishtail-palm to return home & followed by dead drunk husbands and quiet wives. 

You can see a lot of fantastic mountain scenery over the whole area.
This geopark is littered with the ethereal karst formations that are nearly 400 million years old, and has two protected areas. Ethnic minorities create a unique and rich cultural heritage of the area.
